Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol found in numerous plants and fruits such as peanuts, blackberries, blueberries and, in particular, black grapes (in the skin and seeds and, therefore, in red wine). Numerous studies show that resveratrol has a powerful antioxidant activity by helping to eliminate free radicals and preventing premature ageing, thus contributing to the maintenance of a healthy body.
